Creative visualization and imagination are the keys to life. You create your reality by making thousands of small decisions regarding bodily motions and actions every day. You also make a lesser number of more significant decisions. In making each decision you imaginatively project into the future, be it by seconds in bodily motions, or years in major life decisions. In this way imagination is continually directing you through a maze of probabilities.
The directions you take are based on beliefs that are maintained through imagination or constant inner mind chatter. The probabilities that your imagination is guiding you into were formed long before the decisions you made activated them, however. Mental images, your beliefs, purposes and intents are guidelines or directives which the inner self uses to form peusomatter when your conscious decisions trigger the emergence of these inner peuso-events. These inner events then materialize into the physical matter system. The five physical senses then project these inner events into the time-space system.
The inner self takes three things into consideration as it goes about the task of forming events. Each person has a kind of inner blueprint of the best possible self they are capable of creating in their lifetime. This inner model is held at a level deeper than the subconscious by the superconscious self (inner self or soul). This is the self you want to become, and on the most reliable levels are always trying to create. When forming events the inner self uses this model and the model of ideal biological health held by the body consciousness. It is continually making decisions as to what probabilities to manifest out of the available choices by selecting the choice which most closely matches the ideals held by these two models. Its choices however, are restricted by the beliefs you hold, as well as your thoughts and feelings. Its choice of any given probability is that which satisfies these three major considerations:
1. The inner model of the ideal self.
2. The inner model of ideal health.
3. The events your belief system allows.
As you make conscious decisions, on inner levels in the calculations that constitute an ongoing process of selecting probabilities, the two models (1. and 2.) are continually being checked against the beliefs you hold. In an ongoing process of deciding how to move, what to do, where to go, etc. as you move through time on any given day, millions of calculations are always occurring on cellular and deeper levels to create probabilities that as closely match the two ideals as beliefs permit. When they line up, amazing feats—like the mother lifting a car—can be accomplished. This is when “providence acts too,” or synchronicity occurs, and unexpected favorable events are forthcoming.
The great tragedy is that too many of us too often let our beliefs determine what we allow ourselves to imagine. The fact is, visualization and imagination should lead belief and not the other way around. Visualization and imagination isn't inherently restricted to what's believed possible, nor is it natural to so restrict it. Children—whom are open-minded, learn fast and have growing worldviews—do not restrict their imagining in any way. Imagination does not have to be restricted by your beliefs, and this is why it is so valuable. You can imagine yourself doing things that you don't fully believe you can. In doing so often enough, you can change your beliefs as to what's possible. By applying visualization and imagination properly you can tip the scales in your favor by overpowering conflicting or subconscious beliefs that stalemate you.
THE FIRST STEP
There is a reason why Albert Einstein said “imagination is more important than knowledge.” If you are blocked in any way, simply by imagining yourself following through, and utilizing the power of suggestion by telling yourself you can do it, is often enough to overcome the problem. Your actions follow your creative imagination, beliefs, thoughts and feelings. The first stage in transcending a mental block, solving a problem, achieving a goal or manifesting a vision of a new life is in designing the result desired by capturing it in a mental image and then implanting the desired model in the subconscious. All levels of the self then act on the new model. As long as all conflicting beliefs are removed, this happens effortlessly. Constructive actions and helpful events flow naturally.
In other words, the conscious and subconscious minds operate on internal programs which can be changed to release and realize the ideal “blueprint” held at the very core of the self. These internal ideals are released or held back as a result of extensive clusters of emotionally-held beliefs and expectations. These internal blueprints and desired probabilities are best activated through vivid all-sense—see, hear, touch, taste, smell—imagining, with emotion, and combined with suggestion while you are in a relaxed, focused state. Creative visualization and imagination are powerful.
The resources within the mind include vast banks of knowledge and latent potentials. We've all heard of a mother picking a car up off a child. Amazing advances in a person's income, or windfalls are similar to this in that they are a result of correctly directed mental energy and are simply an example of what's natural in the absence of conflicting messages to the body consciousness, conscious mind, subconscious, and inner self. Consciousness, directing energy properly, can begin transforming any conditions we may be experiencing when we begin to use the mind as a tool to achieve rather than hinder. With correctly applied visualization and imagination, anything is possible.
Einstein recognized the importance of visualization and imagination, and now, at this point in your life you can too. Join us at EN as we begin to show people how to harness the vast unused potentials of the mind, and spread the knowledge necessary for all of us to reach our greatest potential.
There is much that will change in psychology, personal growth and other fields as we reveal how consciousness-based science changes our understanding in all areas and professions. From curing illness to achieving goals, from creating money, or love, to resolving international conflicts, consciousness-based science is the answer.
