Welcome to the solutions to social problems.  We believe that the problem of crime and our way of dealing with "criminals" is a manifestation of a much bigger problem.  Our world is running wild not despite our concepts of guilt and punishment, but largely because of them.  Therefore, in our "solution" to crime we also are providing a solution to most of our other global and personal problems, from terrorism and school violence, to drug addiction, and even rude behavior in general.
