“Imagination is more important than knowledge.”

-- ALBERT EINSTEIN –

In fact, we cannot do anything without at some level having a subconscious or conscious thought or feeling prior to doing it. Actions follow the imaginings created by thoughts and feelings. The first stage in manifesting a vision of a new life is designing it psychologically and then implanting a desired model in the subconscious. The mind then acts on the new model.

The subconscious mind operates on internal programs which can be changed. These internal programs are organized around emotionally held beliefs and expectations, and “stored” as electro-chemical models or blueprints within the mind. These models are best changed through vivid all-sense—see, hear, touch, taste, smell—imagining, with emotion, and combined with suggestion in a relaxed, focused state. While imagining and suggesting on its own can be of help, changing deep-seated beliefs that limit what you can be, do or have requires following certain procedures. While positive thinking and visualization are powerful, they are not always enough.
