Mind Power Exercise
This simple exercise can transform your emotional state, recharge your entire being, improve your self-esteem, and if done regularly, even end a state of depression. Best of all, it's easy to do and it's VERY enjoyable.
Close your eyes, relax, and imagine that you are now a total success. Fill your being with the conviction that you are a success in this present moment. Go on to recall and then vividly relive some of the most rewarding and successful times in your life. Notice how one thought leads to another.
When you think of good times, other similar life experiences with the same emotional feel come to mind. Your memories are organized through this kind of emotional association.
Go beyond just memories of success and bring to mind anything that makes you feel good. Be creative. Do this for a few minutes and note how your energy, emotions, and expectation for yourself have changed their nature. Do you feel better? Do you feel more confident, or as if the future looks more promising?
When you think and feel stronger, you are stronger. The cells and molecules in your body are instantly filled with more energy. By doing this exercise you are freeing up memories, energies and potentials within that act immediately to change your capabilities in the present.
The resources within the mind are holographically imprinted, and include every memory and event you have ever experienced, along with vast banks of knowledge, and latent potentials. How you use your mind in the present moment controls your ability to utilize these inner resources. Mental and emotional focus and concentration can mobilize all the energies and resources of your being, from the smallest molecule to the deepest most powerful aspect of your psyche.
By understanding how the contents of the mind are organized by emotional association, you can learn to draw from within you the most powerful resources on a consistent basis. Positive thinking and associations will strengthen and empower you. Other factors will also come into play, however, and will determine how able you are to release your inner personal abilities.
